Tiramisu sa voćem-Tiramisu with fruit
0,5 kg nekog voca po zelji skuvati sa 10dkg secera, i 1 vocnim pudingom(ako je voce kiselo-dodati jos secera, po zelji i ako nema dovoljno soka, dodati ili voćni sok ili vode) Umutiti 0,5kg maskarpone sira(ili Ella Sir) sa 3-4 Vanilin secera. Posebno umutiti 0,5l slatke pavlake sa 15-20dkg secera. Spojiti te 2 Mase.
400gr bebi piskota pripremiti. Uzeti neku tepsiju po zelji, bebi piskote umakati u mleko i redjati, na piskote beli fil, pa crveni fil, opet piskote i tako dok ne potrosimo sav materijal-s Tim da od Gore ide beli fil. Pre sluzenja posuti kolac kakaom
0,5 kg fruit-as your wish cooked with 100 gr sugar, and 1 fruit pudding ( if fruit not enough sweet add sugar, or if it is not have enough juice, add same fruit juice or water). Whisk 500 gr cheese marcapone with 3-4 vanilla sugar. In separate dish whisk 500 gr cream with 150-200 gr sugar. Add 1 and 2 fill. Prepare lady fingers and in same dish align lady fingers contaminated with milk, then white fill, then red fill, ang again in circle until all fills not gone. On top og cake going white fill, and before you serve up sprinkle with cocao.
