Oko ½ kg Snicli- junece ili svinjske Glavica belog luka, Veza persunovog lista, Brasno, Paradajiz sok, So, biber, vegeta. Snicle izupati, posoliti, uvaljati u brasno i redjati u vatrostanu ciniju. Odgore posuti sitno seckan persunov list i sitno seckan beli luk. Opet red snicli, persunov list, beli luk. Sve tako redjati dok ima snicli. Preliti paradajz sokom i vodom da snicle ogreznu. Dodati vegete i bibera po ukusu. Staviti u rernu da se krcka na 200 stepeni oko 45 minuta. Moze se sluziti uz pire krompir, kuvani pirinac ili makarone.
