TESTO:umesiti testo od 2 jaja, oko 200gr brasna(koliko zahvati da dobijemo glatko testo, kao za supu.) Ostaviti malo da odstoji. Kada -odmori-jufkicu iseci na vise delova i razviti testo oklagijom, obavezno posipati brasnom, da SE ne lepi. Trake od testa odloziti na cist stolnjak i prekriti.

RAGU OD MESA:na malo ulja izdinstati 1 glavicu sitno seckanog crnog luka, dodati 300gr mlevenog mesa, malo seckanih gljiva, so, vegetu, Biber, Sos od paradajza-oko, 2,5dcl, Oregano.. Trapist150-200gr izrendati

Besamel SOS:na malo putera zaprziti 2-3 kasike brasna, dodati oko 0,5 l mleka, vegete, malo kopra, i po zelji rendanog trapista. TESTO staviti u prokljucalu vodu sa malo ulja, paziti da se ne slepi, ne sve odjednom. Kada smo ga malo skuvali, pazljivo ga vaditi i redjati u tepsiju namazanu uljem-red testa, red mesa, besamel SOS, rendani trapist, testo, meso, besamel, trapist... Dok ne potrosimo sav Material, zavrsiti trapistom. Peci na 220 stepeni C oko 30min. (Kolicina je dovoljna za manju tepsiju! Testo je deblje razvijeno, ne kao za supu!) Prijatno
