Za ovu tortu koristi se takozvani turski petit keks koji u sredini ima cokoladno punjenje. 

3 pudinga od karamele skuvati u 1 l mleka, secera dodati po ukusu. Kad se puding ohladi dodati 1 margarin. Umutiti 500 gr slaga.
