Slatka zvezda- Sweet star

800 gr brasna, 150 gr mekinja, jedan kvasac, 1/2 l toplog mleka, 1 jaje, pola kasicise praska za pecivo,  1 dl ulja. malo soli i 100 gr secera, moze i vise ko voli sladje.

Fil: 300 gr mlevenog maka, pekmez po zelji (sljiva, kajsija, sipak), 1dl vruceg mleka i tri kasike secera. Mleko ugrejati i popariti mleveni mak u koji ste dodali secer. Od brasna, mekinja, jaja i  ulja  zamesiti testo i ostaviti pola sata da naraste. Naraslo testo premesiti i podeliti na tri dela. Od jednog dela razviti okruglu koru,  premazati pekmez i posuti polovinu maka. Drugu koru razviti i staviti preko fila pa ponoviti postupak, dzem i mak. Treca kora se ne premazuje. Zaseci testo na dvanaest jednakih delova, ostaviti sredinu celu. Krajeve zasecenog testa naizmenicno po dva uvijati u kontra strane da ispadne cvet. Premazati jajetom i peci na 200 stepeni dok ne porumeni. Umesto maka mozete filovati samo pekmezom, orasima, cimetom ili euro kremom.

800 gr of flour, 150 gr bran, a yeast, 1/2 l of warm milk, 1 egg, half teaspoon baking powder, 1 dl oil. a pinch of salt and 100 grams of sugar, or even more who like sweeter.
