Grcka musaka sa kiselim kupusom-
Greek moussaka with sauerkraut

Priprema:

Izdinstati mleveno meso sa crnim lukom.

 Na malo ulja prodinstati kiseo kupus samo malo da omeksa. 

Skuvati pirinac.

U vatrostalnu ciniju redjati red kiselog kupusa, red mlevenog mesa, red pirinca dok sve sastojke ne istrosite.

Umesati pavlaku za kuvanje sa jajima, preliti musaku i staviti da se pece.

Preparation:
Stew minced meat with onions.
At a little oil it stew just a little sauerkraut to tender.
Cook the rice.
Put in an ovenproof bowl of sauerkraut, then minced meat and rice until all the ingredients are not used.

Stir in sour cream and eggs cooking, pour and bake moussaka
