Punjene pogacice- Stuffed bannock

Pola litre vode, jedan kvasac i malo secera da nadodje. 1 kg brasna , secera po zelji, jedno celo jaje, 50 gr izmrvljenog margarina i malo praska za pecivo. Sve zamesiti i ostaviti da se testo digne. Rukom odvajati male jufkice , rastanjiti prstima i puniti pekmezom po zelji. Zatvoriti lopticu sa pekmezom i gusto redjati u pleh. Jos malo da narastu i peci. Pecene prekriti vlaznom krpom. Malo da odstoji. Posuti secerom u prahu
