Sok od cvekle, sargarepe i limuna 

Beetroots ,lemon and carrot juice

2kg Cvekle oprati, oljuštiti pa izrendati. 1.5kg Limuna dobro oprati, oljuštiti i samleti na mašini za meso. 1/2kg Šargarepe očistiti i izrendati. Sve sastojke preliti sa 4l vode, dodati 4 limuntusa i 5 vanilin secera , istaviti da stoji 24 sata pa procediti kroz gazu. Na svaki litar soka staviti po 1 kg šećera. Ostaviti da odstoji preko noći. Povremeno promešati kako bi se šećer lakše istopio. Sipati u flaše i zatvoriti celofanom. Prilikom upotrebe sok razblažiti vodom.

2kg beetroots wash, peel off and plane. 1.5kg Lemon wash thoroughly, peel and grind in a meat machine.

1/2 kg cleaned and shredded carrots. Soak all ingredients in 4l of water, add limun acid E330 and 5 vanilla sugar.Leave it for 24 hours, strain through cheesecloth. For every liter of juice put 1 kg of sugar. Allow to stand overnight. Regularly to mix the sugar, easily melted. Pour into bottles and close cellophane. When you drink juice dilute with water.
