U vasu posudu za kuvanje sipajte vodu, narendajte sargarepu, persun, pastranjak ubacite 1 crni luk i jedan cesanj belog luka i stavite da se kuva. Nakon 15-20 minuta ubacite na kockice iseckan krompir i nalijte kuvani paradajz. Dodajte malo soli, secera(da ubijete jaku kiselost) i zacine. Kad je krompir skuvan, dodajte testo za supu.
In your cooking pot, pour the water, grate the carrots, parsley, insert 1 onion and a clove of garlic and place to cook. After 15-20 minutes insert the diced, sliced potatoes and pour the cooked tomatoes. Add a little salt, sugar (to kill the strong acidity) and spices. When the potatoes are cooked, add the dough for soup.
