Kisela paprika-Pickled pappers

3l vode,

1l sirceta.

100gr soli,

200gr secera,

1 vinobran ( 10 gr ),

biber u zrnu,

lovorov list,

list celera.

Sve sastojke hladne pomesati. U teglu redjati sveze paprike bez semena. Mogu se puniti rendanim kupusom. I preliti gotovim sirupom. Nakon dva dana povezati tegle zbog dolivanja sirupa. Ako ih punite kupusom, kupus naseckajte sitno i zaciniti sa malo soli i sirceta i tako puniti paprike.

3l of water,

1l vinegar,
100g of salt,

200g sugar,

1 wine sulphur (10 g)

peppercorns,
Bay leaf,
celery.
All ingredients cold mix. In a jar arrange fresh peppers without seeds. They can be recharged grated cabbage. And pour the finished syrup. After two days connect jars for topping syrup. If you charge the cabbage, cabbage chop finely and season with a little salt and vinegar for charging papers.
