Ocistiti jabuke, preseci napola i ispeci. Izmutiti piskotu od 4 jaja, 4 kasike brasna i 4 kasike secera. Izliti na pecene jabuke i zajedno ispeci. Tako pecene jabuke i piskotu staviti na tacnu i kad se ohladi izmutiti 2 slaga.
Na sloj jabuka mozete namazati puding od vanilije. Pa tek tad slag.
