Priprema:

Brasno , sir ,margarin i so umesiti zajedno u glatko testo. Staviti u posudu prekriti folijom ili krpom i staviti u frizider da odstoji bar preko noci. Sutradan testo razvuci po brasnjavoj podlozi na debljinu otprilike jednog prsta (1 cm otprilike) vaditi modlicom ili rakijskom casicom i redjati u tepsiju za pecenje. Peci u za zagrejanoj rerni nekih 20 do 30 minuta na 200 do 220 stepeni.

Preparation: Flour, cheese, margarine and melt together in smooth dough. Put it in the bowl with a foil or cloth and put it in the freezer to leave at least overnight. Next day, spread the dought on a rough base about a finger (approx. 1 cm) with a small or brandy glass and put it in a baking pan. Bake in heated ridge for some 20 to 30 minutes at 200 to 220 degrees.
