BRZE PANCEROTE IZ RERNE-QUICK PANZEROTTI

Testo:

4dcl mleka,2dcl vode,1 kvasac,1 kasicica secera,2 kasicice soli,2dcl ulja,oko 1 kg brasna. Testo zamesiti i ostaviti da odstoji oko pola sata, pa modlom za krofne ili casom vaditi testo i razviti.Po zelji puniti,kecapom,salamon,sajtom,origano...Preklopiti i krajeve stisnuti viljuskom.Gotove pancerote redjati na pek papir te ih premazati jajetom I po zelji posuti susamom.Peci dok ne porumene.Prijatno!

Dough:

4dcl milk, 2 cl water, 1 yeast, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 teaspoons salt 2 cl oil, about 1 kg of flour.
