Tijesto: 1kg brasna malo soli malo seceras i jedna kesica germe Smijesu potkuhamo toplim mlijekom i pustimo na nadođe, sto se vise puta tijesto potkuha to je bolje(pustiti na tijeso nadođe pa prekuhat i sve tako) Prekuhano tijesto razvijemo na radnoj povrsini i izrezemo krug tijesta na sitne trokutove. Trokutove rolamo od najveceg a najmanjem dijelu Smijesa: Kiflice mozemo puniti sa svim sto pozelimo od slatkog do slanog Virsle, eurokrem, sir mladi, dzem itd.

Pasta:
1 kg flour
little salt
and little sugar
one little bag of yeast
We make mixture with warm milk and let it rest ( every 15 to 20 min we mix the pasta).
Make pasta developed on the working surface and cut the dough circle into a small triangles. Triangles roll out from largest to smallest part.
Fill:
We can fill our roll with everything we want from sweet to salty sausages, nutella, young cheese, jam, etc.
