Sanjina ukusna maštarija :))))

Tanke snicle malo zapeci u rerni. Preko njih redjati crni luk i sledecu smesu:

pirinac i proso zajedno (2 solje)-potopiti u malo vode, dodati izmiksani i iseckani spanac, biber, so, jedan cen belog luka i jedno jaje. Jedan deo te smese staviti preko luka i snicli. Sloziti na to tikvicu kolutove ili uz duz secene, zatim opet crni luk, puseni vrat i opet smesu sa prosom i spanacem. Preko svega sloziti papriku i opet tikvice. Zaliti sa izmucenom pavlakom, dva jajeta, zaciniti jos po ukusu i solja-dve vode da pirinac i proso imaju dovoljno tecnosti. Ako se i pretera sa vodom, peci na umerenoj temp pa ce ispariti, manja je greska nego da pirinac i proso ostanu suvi jer nie bilo tecnosti, Peci u rerni na 200 stepebi oko sat vremena.
