Pogacica   Sa Rogacem

1 kvasac,  3 zumanjceta, mleko, so, secer, 300 ml  mleka, 200 gr masti i brasna oko 600 grama.
Kvasac se krene u mleku, seceru i soli.  Zumanjca izmesati sa mascom, dodati kvasac i brasno, zamesiti, podeliti na 4 jupike, odmah, i ostaviti da se krene.
Fil:
300 gr rogaca popariti vrucim mlekom, dodati oko 1 dcl ulja
I 200 gr secera i izmesati sa rogacom. Filovati. Uvije se u strudlu. Pece se 25 minuta na 200 stepeni. Peceno posuti prah secerom.
