In a little oil, fry the chopped onion and meat chopped into cubes. Veal I used. Pour water, add finely chopped carrot, parsley, peas and potatoes and spices. The laurel and parsley give extra taste to this soup. When the meat is cooked to give half a teaspoon of vinegar and rice. At the end stir in a pot cream and one egg, pour the soup and leave a little bit to cook on low heat.
Na malo ulja proprziti crni seckani luk i meso seckano na kockice. Telece meso sam ja koristila. Nalijte vodu dodajte sitno seckanu sargarepu, persun, grasak i krompir kao i zacine. Lovorov i persunov list daju poseban smek ovoj supici. Kad je meso kuvano podajte pola kasikice sirceta i pirinac. Pri kraju umesajte u jednoj posudici pavlaku i jedno zumanjce, ulijte u supicu i ostavite jos malo da se kuva na tihoj vatri.
